ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to authorized representatives of businesses that: (a) are new customers of Aegis Digital Defense (current clients of Aegis Digital Defense are ineligible); (b) use either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 as their primary email platform; and (c) are located in the United States.
For the Prize only: The business must be based in the State of Oklahoma and have ten (10) or fewer email users.
Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. One entry per business. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., or their respective affiliates, and immediate family members or household members of any such persons, are ineligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Entry Period begins on June 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on July 5, 2026 (“Entry Deadline”). Entries received after the Entry Deadline will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, visit the official promotion landing page at https://aegisdigitaldefense.com/america-250th-checkpoint-giveaway and complete the online entry form. Provide all required information, including business details, contact information, confirmation of email platform, approximate number of users, and business location. Select whether you wish to enter the Giveaway, request the separate free trial offer, or both. You must check the attestation confirming you are a new customer and that all information is accurate.
Limit one entry per business. Multiple entries from the same business will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
THE PRIZE
One (1) Prize will be awarded: One (1) year of Check Point Harmony email protection service for up to ten (10) users, provided and fulfilled by Aegis Digital Defense.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $1,800. The ARV is determined by the Sponsor at the time of fulfillment. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is subject to Sponsor’s standard terms of service, setup requirements, and availability. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the Prize.
FREE TRIAL OFFER (SEPARATE FROM PRIZE)
All eligible entrants may request a separate two (2) week free trial of Check Point Harmony email protection (unlimited users), subject to activation by Sponsor. The trial is available to new US-based businesses using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and is not part of the random drawing. Activation timelines and terms will be provided upon request.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 6, 2026. The winner will be notified directly by the Sponsor using the contact information provided in the entry form (email and/or phone). Sponsor will also announce the winner publicly on its website and/or social media channels on or about July 6, 2026.
The winner must respond to the notification and confirm eligibility, provide any additional required information, and accept the Prize within seven (7) days of notification (or such other period as specified by Sponsor). If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASES / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the Prize; and (c) grant Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner’s business name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or errors. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts the administration or fairness of the promotion.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, and may be shared with third parties solely as needed to administer the promotion and fulfill the Prize or trial.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner (available after the drawing and confirmation), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Aegis Digital Defense, [Insert Address if desired], Oklahoma City, OK, Attn: 250th Giveaway Winner List, or email info@aegisdigitaldefense.com with the subject “250th Giveaway Winner List.” Requests must be received within 60 days after the drawing.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
